As Head of Mortgage Broker Services of Smartmove I am responsible for leading our operations, compliance, training, performance, and process improvement managers to support and drive strategic direction and success of our business.
My strong focus is on continuous improvement, conduit build between distribution, operations and external business partners and driving excellence in services we provide to our clients.
On a personal note, I love spending time with my husband and two children. I am also a passionate traveller and love the occasional wine with girlfriends.
